Prepare salad by adding spinach and arugula in a large bowl and toss to combine.
Quarter apples and then thinly slice. Top with pomegranate, cranberries, pears, candied almonds, and apple slices. Toss to combine and drizzle about 1/4 cup of vinaigrette, this will help the apples not to brown.If you are serving later leave off the apples and dressing and add those right before you serve.
