Ingredients

  • 22 ounces white chocolate chips 2 bags
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3/4 cup Circus Animal Cookies Christmas Assortment, divded

Instructions

  • Prepare your pan: Line an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with parchment paper. You can spray the pan with cooking spray to help the parchment paper stick to the pan. You may also use tin foil sprayed with cooking oil for easy removal.
  • Chop Christmas Cookies: Give your Christmas cookies a rough chop, making sure not to go overboard. Leave some more significant chunks for that extra crunch; measure out 3/4 cup - 1/2 cup for mixing in, 1/4 for the top.
  • Make the White Chocolate Fudge: In a medium microwavable mixing bowl, add white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream. Stir together and place in the microwave, and heat for 90 seconds. Immediately remove and beat together until smooth.
  • Make your fudge: Pour the white chocolate fudge into the prepared pan. Mix in 1/2 cup of the Christmas Cookies. Top or sprinkle with remaining cookies.
  • Chill your fudge: Chill the fudge uncovered in the fridge for 2-4 hours until set. Cut into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.
