8ouncescream cheese
1/2cupbutter
1/2 teaspooncinnamon
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
2 1/2cupspowdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (165 degrees C) convection bake. Lightly grease one (1) - 9x13 pan.
In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the oil, eggs, and vanilla. Pour this mixture into the flour mixture and stir until thoroughly combined. Add the shredded zucchini and stir it in. Finally, pour the batter into the prepared 9x13 pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until a tester inserted into each layer comes out clean, about 60 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool, until the bottom of the pan is cool to the touch.
Make the frosting.Beat cream cheese and butter in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Mix in confectioner's sugar, a little at a time, until smooth. Stir in vanilla and add a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
