Whether you are craving something sweet or trying to wow your guests at a holiday party, fudge is the ultimate treat. With its decadent cocoa and refreshing mint, this Chocolate Mint Fudge is like biting into an Andes Chocolate.

Two-bite desserts are perfect for holiday gatherings or gifts. This rich, chocolatey, and minty fudge is slightly addicting. I love the simplicity of this recipe: 5 minutes to make, one dish to clean, and no layering of chocolates involved.

But don’t let the simplicity fool you – this fudge is flavorful. Chocolate and mint create a delicious balance between sweetness and freshness. And the creamy texture will melt in your mouth, making it hard to resist just one more bite.

Chocolate Mint Fudge is a delightful treat for dessert lovers and can also be dressed up as a fancy party favor. Wrap individual pieces in clear cellophane and tie them with a festive ribbon for a beautiful presentation. It’s the perfect addition to any dessert table or gift basket.

And the best part? This delicious fudge can be made and stored in the fridge until ready to serve.

Ingredient for Chocolate Mint Fudge

Fudge typically combines sugar, butter, cream, and chocolate to create its dense, rich texture and sweet flavor profile. But this recipe is simple and made in the microwave! All you need are 5 ingredients, and this mint chocolate fudge is at your fingertips.

  • Andes Mints
  • Dark Chocolate Chips
  • Milk Chocolate Chips
  • Butter
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk

How To Make Fudge

Prepare a baking pan by lining it with parchment paper. Combine milk chocolate, dark chocolate, butter, and sweetened condensed milk in a microwavable bowl. Stir together to combine.

Microwave the mixture for 90 seconds, stirring vigorously until smooth and creamy. Add 1 cup of chopped Andres Mints, stir to combine, and spread evenly in the pan.

To make a delicious treat, top with chopped Andes Mints and refrigerate until set about 2-4 hours. Cut into 20 squares and enjoy!

Recipe Tips for Fudge

  • How to store fudge: Store any remaining fudge in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  • Should fudge be soft or firm? The perfect fudge texture is all about finding that balance – not too hard, but still holding together. It should feel delightful, melty, and silky smooth when you bite. And here’s a little secret for all you fudge enthusiasts: the size of those sugar crystals matters. Smaller crystals give you that extra creaminess and smoothness that we all crave.
