This Easy Thai Chicken is packed with flavor and takes just 30 minutes to make. It makes for a delicious dinner time meal that is better than take-out.
My kids love Chinese and Thai take-out and in all honesty they donโt know the difference. So whether it be a sweet Thai sauce, teriyaki, or sesame chicken, my kids will devour it either way. This Easy Thai Chicken is just one of those meals that I whip up in 30 minutes, serve over white rice and it is an instant win.
I get the craving for great Thai food about once every other week and this meal was an answer to that. While there are several ways you could prepare this Easy Thai Chicken for me it was easiest to quickly use the skillet and just make it all in one pan. I added broccoli which is totally optional, but it gave a nice pop of color and it added veggies to dinner, which is a mom requirement.
So whether you have a crazy busy night or just an inkling for some saucy chicken, this Easy Thai Chicken is the answer to your dinner needs.
Enjoy friends! XOXO San
How do you makeย Easy Thai Chicken?
In a large sautรฉ pan add butter over medium-high heat and cook almost completely melted then add chicken. Cook chicken until it is a nice golden brown and cooked through the center. This takes about 8 minutes.
NOTE: if your pan is too small for the amount of chicken and your pan is overcrowded, cook the chicken in two separate batches.
Once chicken is completely cooked, place chicken on a large plate and set aside for later.
In the large pan you were just using add all of the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine. Cook over medium heat until boiling.
Once the sauce is boiling add the chicken, reduce heat to low and cook for 3 minutes allowing the sauce to glaze and cover all of the chicken pieces. Add broccoli pieces and cover and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until broccoli is slightly tender.
Remove lid and serve chicken immediately over rice or rice noodles. Enjoy!

Looks so good. Thank you
I did this for my international cuisine practical exam in college today, and they loved it. I also added some palm sugar to it… mmmm yummy.
Sounds delish! I’m glad you enjoyed it, thanks!
Great dish…and would have been better if broccoli was listed in the ingredients. Didn’t catch it until I was at the stove.
I’m so sorry about that! The recipe has been fixed. I’m glad you enjoyed it despite this!
