This Sparkling Peach Cider is a gorgeous summer drink to toast to late summer nights, days at the pool, and time spent with family & friends.
This beautiful Sparkling Peach Cider brings back memories from my childhood drinking from one of my mom’s flutes or wine glasses. I remember being able to have any kind of sparkling cider and it made me feel like such a grown-up. I would talk around with the glass in one hand, the other my other arm crossed over my torso, my elbow resting on it, while lifting my glass in the error, as you see in Hollywood movies. I felt so sophisticated.
My kids do the same thing now, well maybe not the boys but the girls do. I watch them walk around holding the glass in the same manner, slowly sipping from it as they talk to each other in casual, yet forced conversation. It absolutely melts my heart.
My love for cider has not changed, it is for different reasons. I love changing up the flavors like to this Sparkling Peach Cider or even a Sparkling Pear Cider. There is nothing like freshly made sparkling cider. I went on a recent trip to Portland, OR where we went on a few orchard and farm tours. It was absolutely stunning. My favorite farm had the most amazing ciders. Their pear cider was by far my favorite. When I came home I told the kids about this and they immediately requested these fancy ciders I was telling them about.
So today I am sharing the Sparkling Peach Cider, I went with peach as they are in season here in CO and I just love the fresh farm’s peaches sliced up in the drink to give it those gorgeous hints or orange and red.
Cheers to summers and memories.
Enjoy! XOXO San
How do you make Sparkling Peach Cider?
Stir together chilled pear nectar and honey.
Gradually stir in chilled sparkling apple cider and chilled club soda.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator to chill, if you do, make sure to stir before serving.
Best if served immediately to not lose the carbonation. Enjoy!

Gorgeous photos. I love peaches!
I used to do the same thing growing up! I loved special occasions, like New Year’s Day, when the apple cider came out and we could drink it in flutes. So sophisticated! Love this peach version – sounds amazing!
