These Cake Brownies are bites of fudgy deliciousness. Get your chocolate fix in just 40 minutes, or top with ice cream for the best brownie sundae ever.
I am all about brownies and my dad to this day still makes the best brownies, in the universe, thanks to Ghirardelli Brownies and his homemade frosting. While I love making those brownies as well, I rarely have the brownie mix on hand. So the last few years I have been on the search for the best brownie. And to my shock, well actually not really, to my waistline’s dismay I have found more than one recipe that I love.
I am going to share all of those amazing recipes here on the blog, and I decided to share this one first because it is my kidโs favorite, especially with the addition of the mini-chocolate chips. My favorite thing about these brownies is how easy they are. Ready to eat in less than 40 minutes, and 30 of those minutes are baking time. This recipe is a cinch.
I have to say this is my favorite brownie to top with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream and a cherry. If you’re looking to make the perfect brownie or sundae then this Cake Brownie recipe is for you.
Enjoy! XOXO San
