White Chocolate Caramel Sauce

Chocolate vs Caramel? I can’t even go there and decide. If they were to battle it out in my kitchen, it would be a messy battle that would end with a draw, and my waistline being the only victim. Yet, this simple and easy recipe combines them both.

While this is primarily a caramel sauce, the white chocolate adds a balance here, while also acting a thickener.

This recipe is unbelievable, enjoy on top of any ice-cream, dessert, or just eat it by the spoonful like me.
Enjoy! XOXO San
