Cajun Chicken Pasta Bake is an easy to make creamy, spicy, flavorful pasta dish. Adjust the homemade Cajun seasoning to make this spicy or mild.
I love any meal that I can throw together in twenty minutes and either serve right away or put in the fridge for later to re-heat. This Creamy Cajun Chicken Bake is great for a quick meal while still having a lot of flavors.
Fresh peppers, chicken and a creamy Cajun sauce you canโt go wrong! Add more โkickโ if you would like by adding more Cajun seasoning or Cayenne pepper. Or you can make this โkid friendlyโ with just a hint. You can go either way, but this is something the whole family will love. An easy recipe to double the batch and share it with a friend.
Enjoy! XOXO San

Kids review: We like to make this a little heavy on the peppery side for their taste, but when we do mellow it out they love it. Especially our daughter Jojo who loves a good creamy sauce served over anything.
We make something similar to this and my family loves it! Pinned it!
This looks so yummy. As a busy mom of 2 boys I am always looking for an easy meal that they will actually eat! I am going to add this to my list of recipes to eat soon! Thank you for sharing. I am visiting from Making a Home.
This looks absolutely delicious! And I like the fact that there is color on the plate, it makes it appealing to the eye as well as the taste buds. Thank you for sharing!
Looks so pretty with all those colors and delicious too! Thanks for posting on the Four Seasons Blog Hop! Sandra from Scrumptilicious 4 You!
One word….yum, yum, yum. OK. Maybe that was 3. Can’t wait to try it.
Thanks for linking up at our Twirl and Take a Bow Party. Hope to see you again tomorrow!
I just made this recipe and it was very yummy and not to hard. The only suggestion that I have is that 2-3 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning was not enough for my taste buds. I really could not taste much “Cajun”. Next time I will definitely add more seasoning.
Veronica – glad you liked it. My husband would love your Cajun taste – he loves spice! My kids on the other hand not so much. Maybe 2-3 tablespoons?!
Hope to see you around again. xoxo San
This is delicious! I switched around a few of the ingredients based on what I had, but mostly stayed true to the recipe. Thanks so much.
So glad you liked it. That is something that is so great about this recipe, you can change it up a little with the veggies and seasoning because the base of the sauce is versatile. Thanks for coming by! XO San
Where would I find Okra in Colorado? Do you think this recipe would work with crawfish or crab?
Whole Foods has been the easiest place to find things like this. I would try crab, hmm great idea! xo San
