Ingredients for Granola Bites
how to make granola bites
Line a cooking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Add quick oats to a medium mixing bowl. Sprinkle crispy rice cereal over the oats, then top with flaxseed.

Next, add the almond butter, coconut oil, and DOVE ยฎ Fruit Blueberries. Gently stir together, careful not to crush the rice cereal too much.
Then, stir in the honey. Sliced almonds and vanilla extract until the mixture starts to come together.

Make small tablespoon-sized balls with a spoon or use a cookie dough scooper to make the bite, and then, using your hands, roll in between the palms of your hand to get a perfectly round bite. I use the scooper SO MUCH easier!
Set on the prepared cooking sheet and repeat with the remaining granola.
Set bites in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
