This is the best-deviled egg recipe ever. Combining Chick-fil-A sauce with a few other simple ingredients, including egg yolks, yellow mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper, you will not find a better way to have hard-boiled eggs.
These Chick-fil-A sauce deviled eggs are unique and completely delicious – a hit every time I make them! My family loves them as an appetizer or side dish; they never last long!
Chick-fil-A sauce is the key ingredient to making these deviled eggs extra special. If you can’t find Chick-fil-A sauce, you could try substituting another sauce similar to your traditional mayo or even try honey mustard. But trust me, the Chick-fil-A sauce is worth seeking out!
I love deviled eggs. My Gigi always made them for Easter, and as she got older, my mom took over. I don’t remember an Easter or summer potluck without them.
Chick-Fil-A Sauce
My sister Tamara loves hard-boiled eggs, and while I am not a fan, if the yolk is replaced with the creamy mixture of a deviled egg filling, then I am all in. My sister recently, while making fun of my Chick-fil-A habit, said you should make a recipe using the Chick-fil-A sauce in deviled eggs.
And that is how this recipe came to be, a genius idea from my sister, who knows me well.
Chick-Fil-A sauce combines honey mustard, barbecue sauce, and ranch dressing.
Oh, and you don’t need to grab extra packets in the drive-through if you want to make these deviled eggs! You can buy the sauce at grocery stores and online. I love the stuff and always have it on hand.

- 1/4 cup Chick-Fil-A sauce
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

How to make deviled eggs
To make the deviled eggs, start by boiling the eggs. Then, carefully remove the shells and slice the eggs in half length-wise.
Scoop out the yolks into a bowl and mash with a fork. Add in 1/4 cup of Chick-fil-A sauce, yellow mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
Then, using a spoon or piping bag, fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. You can garnish the eggs with a sprinkle of paprika or fresh parsley if desired. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later.
My sister always talks about hard-boiled eggs being so versatile and inexpensive protein options, which is all she pretty much ate in college. She is right you can enjoy them as is, or use them in recipes like deviled eggs, egg salad, or this healthy egg mayo.
Tips for the best hard boiled eggs
I think one of the reasons people aren’t big on making deviled eggs is because of the process and hard-boiling the eggs. So here are a few tips to make it a bit easier.
- To hard boil eggs, start by placing them in a pot of cold water. Then, bring the water to a boil and cook the eggs for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the eggs from the pot and place them in an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
- Once the eggs are cooled, you can peel off the shells and enjoy! If you’re using the eggs in a recipe, make sure to add them in as directed.
Hard-boiled eggs are a great way to add some extra protein to your diet and they can be used in a variety of recipes.
I love these deviled eggs with Chick-Fil-A sauce! It makes the best deviled egg filling – creamy, loaded with flavor, and unforgettable. Trust me, make a batch and you will get rave reviews. Enjoy! XOXO San
