Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Italian Dressing or pickle juice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Mix together seasonings in a small bowl: salt, pepper, granulated garlic and onion powder.
- Season chicken with seasonings and set aside.
- Beat together eggs and Italian dressing.
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix together panko, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese & Italian seasoning.
- Dip chicken thighs one at a time in the egg mixture.
- Immediately press into the panko bread mixture and cover all sides.
- Place in the air fryer in a single layer; mine makes four at a time. Air fry at 400ยฐF for 12 minutes, flipping over 1/2 way in between.
- Check the chicken's internal temperature making sure it is cooked to 165 degrees.
