- Taco seasoning
- Peach preserves
- Boneless, skinless chicken breast – You could easily substitute this with boneless, skinless chicken thighs.
- Olive oil – You could easily substitute this for vegetable or canola oil too.
- Chunky salsa, medium heat

How to make Sweet & Spicy Chicken
Over medium-high heat, add the oil and chicken to a large skillet and cook for a minute or two, then add the taco seasoning, garlic, and onion powder; stir to coat the chicken.

Cook chicken until it is no longer pink in the center.
Add the salsa and preserves to the skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until heated through and the chicken has a nice glaze.
