These Cranberry Cinnamon Rolls are a twist on my favorite holiday treat from Starbucks, Cranberry Bliss Bars. I took it and made it into a sweet roll. Let me tell youโ€ฆ it… isโ€ฆ AMAZING! It’s better than I could have imagined. They have white chocolate chunks, dried tart cranberries, and the signature cream cheese frosting. This is one very merry holiday season, and this is just one of my presents to you.

Hereโ€™s how this twist comes together:

  • Dough: Start with a soft, pillowy cinnamon roll dough. A rich, slightly sweet dough with milk and butter will complement the cranberry and white chocolate flavors.
  • Filling: Take the traditional cinnamon filling and add dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  • Assembly: Roll up the dough tightly, then cut it into rolls and arrange it in a baking dish.
  • Baking: Bake until golden brown and fragrant, allowing the rolls to puff up and get fluffy.
  • Frosting: Top the rolls with a cream cheese frosting that mirrors the cranberry bliss bar glaze. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, almond extract (you could use vanilla as well), and if you’d like a bit of orange juice for a tangy-sweet kick. For garnish, sprinkle with more dried cranberries and a light dut of cinnamon and sugar.
