For this recipe, I use Rhodes rolls as a secret shortcut and let them do all the work. It’s my favorite way to make my favorite pastries in less time and with less hassle, yet retaining all the classic Danish look and taste.

I make this recipe all year long and just switch up the fruit. During the summer it’s all about raspberry and peaches, which is the version I’m sharing today.

You can make this in a large baking sheet and then slice it into pieces – so much easier than making individual Danishes. Oh, and the crumb topping, I can’t forget that! It adds the perfect crunchy finish.

The cream cheese icing is the finishing touch making this peach Danish irresistible. It really is the perfect weekend breakfast or brunch dish made easy with prepared rolls.
