Pancake sausage bites provide a fun and tasty twist on the traditional breakfast pairing of pancakes and sausages. With their convenient, bite-sized format, they’re perfect for any occasion.

After my daughter saw these being made on TikTok, we couldn’t resist trying them. Especially during the holiday season, when gatherings abound, serving something unique is delightful. These sausage balls, crafted with pancake mix, are the perfect bite-sized treat you’ve been searching for. Whether Thanksgiving, Christmas morning, or even a hectic school day, they will surely bring joy. While the original recipe was a little too dry, we added milk, maple syrup, and seasonings to give it our twist.

Pancake Sausage Bites Recipe Tips

  • Can Sausage Pancake Bites be frozen? Absolutely! You can prep and freeze the unbaked bites. Shape the mixture into balls, place on a baking sheet, and pop it into the freezer. Once frozen, transfer them to a freezer bag. Increase the cooking time to bake the frozen balls by a few minutes.
  • Serve with maple syrup, jam, or country gravy.
  • Don’t overbake! These bites will easily dry out if you overbake.
  • Use a stand mixer for ease of bringing all of the ingredients together.
