I love weekends when my family gathers around cheering on our favorite sports teams! I love healthy competition, but honestly, my favorite part of the day is the game time food.

The kids always have a few requests, but I love surprising them with a twist on one of their favorites. Because I want to cheer on the team as well, the last place I want to be stuck in is the kitchen.

So today, I’m sharing a new family, game day favorite – Stuffed Taco Bread – made with ground beef, cheese, black beans and fresh toppings like shredded lettuce, onion, and guacamole.

Sandra’s Tips

  • Hollow out the bread (but not too much). Remove some of the soft center to make room for the filling, leaving a sturdy border so it keeps its shape. Lightly toast the loaf before adding the filling to help prevent sogginess.
  • Don’t over-stuff the bread loaf with the fillings.
  • Spread the filling evenly, but avoid packing it in so tightly.

This Stuffed Taco Bread won’t just make your game time table, it will become a regular in your home. Fresh, easy and oh, so delicious.
