Make It Your Own

One of my favorite things about this recipe is how easy it is to customize. Walnuts are classic in rocky road, but feel free to swap them out for peanuts or pecans—whatever you love or have on hand. You can even mix and match depending on your crowd.

This fudge is a lifesaver during the holidays, for last-minute gifts, bake sales, or when you need a quick dessert without turning your kitchen upside down. It sets beautifully, slices clean, and looks impressive with minimal effort (my favorite kind of recipe).

If you love easy desserts that deliver big flavor with little work, this microwavable Rocky Road Fudge is about to become a go-to. Simple ingredients, flexible add-ins, and pure chocolatey goodness with the classic Rocky Road taste.
