Ingredients
 

  • 5 large refrigerated ready to bake cinnamon rolls
  • 10 Smithfield Fresh Breakfast Sausage
  • Frosting that comes with cinnamon rolls use as a glaze.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Dust counter top with a little bit of flour.
  • Place one unbaked cinnamon roll on the floured counter, roll out the cinnamon roll to 1/4 inch thick.
  • Using a knife or a pizza cutter, cut the cinnamon roll dough in half.
  • Using one half of the dough, place one sausage on one end of the dough.
  • Roll up the dough around the sausage link.
  • Pinch the end to make sure to seal the dough. Dust of any remaining flour.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Repeat with remaining dough and sausage links.
  • Place in preheated oven and bake for 21-24 minutes.
  • Cinnamon roll dough should be a nice golden brown.
  • If your cinnamon rolls came with frosting or glaze, drizzle over the warm Breakfast Pigs in a Blanket or use it as a dip.
